A single developer license entitles a single developer to
install and use the product on one machine.
4 Developer Team License
A 4 developer team license entitles 4 developers to install and use the product
Site Developer License
A site developer license entitles all developers within the purchasing
organization and located at the same business address to install and use the
product.
Source Code License
A source code license includes complete source code for the product. As a
licensee, you will be asked to sign and fax us this
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

components, control or class libraries that are integrated by
developers into their applications. All developer products have royalty free runtimes. This means that
you may freely distribute the product with your

Product Subscription Service
Product Subscription Service is an easy way to ensure that developers are always
using the latest versions of Active Up SPRL products. Subscription Service
provides automatic notification (downloadable product links) of major upgrades
and minor updates (enhancements and maintenance releases) for the period of one
year.
Please note: If your subscription has expired and you renew it, the new
subscription period starts the next day after your previous subscription
expiration day. Similarly, if you purchase a license without subscription and
decide to purchase the subscription later, the subscription period starts on
the day when you purchased the license.
Annual Support Agreement
Unlimited technical support by email and fax for any installation, development,
debugging and redistribution issues for a single product. All responses are
guaranteed within one business day, with most questions responded to on the
same day.
Precedence over standard support issues, including any corrections made to a
product. This service also include 2 hours Remote Assistance.
Remote Assistance (75€)
Order
In addition to the free ticket based support, we provide remote assistance to
our customers. Remote assistance technology is based on desktop sharing using
Microsoft MSN Messenger® or TeamViewer®. Both systems are available for free
and go through firewalls. All you need to have is an internet connection.
Remote assistance is the fastest and most efficient way to get support!
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied and we have been unable to resolve the issues you
have been having within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the
amount you paid. Outside of this period (more than 30 days after purchase) any
refunds will be at Active Up's sole discretion. Please note that the money back
guarantee does not apply to the source code license.
